| Platinum Level Vermont Farmhouse Here is a Ready-to-Decorate Vermont Farmhouse which I gave my Fancy DollHouses Platinum Finishing service. The owner of this home grew up in a farmhouse in the 1940's and wanted a nostalgic heirloom to reflect her precious childhood memories. She even chose wallpapers that fit with the era. I created beadboard wainscotting and chairrails in the living room and kitchen to compliment the different styles of each room. I custom built the fireplace which can be removed for easy access to the outlet where the lit logs are plugged in, all completely hidden from view inside the fireplace. I really love how the country kitchen looks with it's white beadboard, plaid checked wallpaper, and border of old-fashioned kitchen tools...too cute! This farmhouse features a variety of wood floors throughout, including a couple rooms with beautiful parquet floors. Yup, makes ya yearn for the good 'ol days.
