| Fancy Doll Houses Shipping Details: We are located in Idaho State We have Free Shipping with our Smaller Doll Houses! (continental USA) Each miniature doll house we ship is carefully double wrapped in BIG bubble wrap, packed tightly all around and seated on top of a thick cushion of bubble wrap and packing paper. We use NEW, Strong, Double Wall boxes. Our houses are packed so they can't move at all and can generally be dropped a bit, put on it's side, and can even be put upside down with no problem. In cases of BIG houses, they require a custom wood crate box and need to be shipped on pallets, thus requiring freight. All boxes, crate material, pallet, and packing material are included in purchase, combined with the labor involved this is a $220.00 Value! Appropriate level of shipping insurance is factored in. For reference: small and medium size doll houses can cost approximately between $75.00 - $250.00, using FedEx or UPS Ground. A BIG size house needing freight, from ID to NY approx. $500.00 - $850.00. On all our custom finished houses, we now GIVE a FREE $100.00 shipping credit towards your actual shipping bill.
