| Fancy Doll Houses Shipping Details: We are located in WA State zip code 98620 We now have Free Shipping on many of our Listed Doll Houses!* (continental USA) Each miniature doll house we ship is, carefully double wrapped in BIG bubble wrap, packed tightly all around and seated on top of packing paper. We use NEW, Strong, Double Wall boxes. Our houses are packed so they can't move at all and can generally be dropped a bit, put on it's side, and some houses can even be put upside down. In cases of HUGE houses they require a custom wood box and need to be shipped on pallets, thus requiring freight. Packing material alone can cost me up to $80.00! Appropriate level of shipping insurance is always provided. For reference a medium size, 3/8th inch thick, 40# house from WA to NY approx. $100.00 using DHL Big Houses with widths, or lengths above 35 inches can cost between $150.00 and $500.00. Huge houses above 40 inches in width or length cost even more, but this is to be expected.
