| Beautiful, Hand Made, Full Electric, San Franciscan Doll House Flipped by us here at www.fancydollhouses.com (These kits are no longer being manufactured. In my opinion, this makes a house of this quality even more collectible) 43"H x 24"W x 20"D 1/12th scale This San Franciscan is GORGEOUS! With seven hardwired light fixtures including two front coach lamps, two chandeliers, and a few other fancy light fixtures. Plus six wall outlets for more plug in fixtures. I love the layout we've done which is a slight modification from the regular plan, but provided the huge master suite on the third floor. The Garden Tower Room with unique rock walls and interior window boxes brimming with colorful flowers would be fantastic as a sitting area, or even a little powder room! The formal living room features low profile wainscot with chair rail and custom panels in the bay area. Another special touch in this beautiful painted lady are the color coordinated stair runners...they just seem to be meant for this house. With glossy pine hardwood floors throughout and ceiling tile in every room as well, the new owner will be able to decorate as decadently as she wants! And just for the 'cute factor', we left the tiny attic unfinished but added detail that really makes it adorable and realistic and perfect for storage of extra mini's! |
