It is a large house with several BIG rooms but the over all footprint of this doll house is rather compact for such a big house. Custom hand applied clapboard siding painted pretty, pale pink and an enormous amount of decorative grey and white trim. The winding staircase is a fabulous feature and one of the most impressive set of staircases I've seen in this type of kit. True mansard roofs with lots of curve, tons of detailed trim and brackets makes this the most beautiful, architectural Victorian doll house on the market.
