We use cir-kit concepts tape wire and transformers with solid brass connections. A technique is used that makes our electric work very stable and reliable. He also hardwires fixtures and installs wall outlets. Heirloom quality, finished, electric doll houses are quite rare. We also hand apply real shingle roofs with every house we finish. Most doll houses I build take well over 75 hours, and some up to 450 hours! We also give a FREE $50.00 shipping credit towards your actual shipping bill, plus we pay for all packing, new sturdy boxes, pallet and wood crate materials needed to ship. Currently my detailed, heirloom quality doll houses will take up to three months to finish. This of course varies depending on size, make/model, custom extras, and holiday demand.
