Many doll house kits do not even fit correctly right out of the box! We spend many hours just sanding your doll house smooth. We use three coats of paint on every painted surface, and every piece is individually hand painted before assembly, eliminating any risk of paint mistakes. Our houses are very sturdy! Only strong tacky glue is used with re-enforcement wood glue that makes an unbreakable bond. We also use spackle, wood filler, or decorative trim to cover unsightly manufacture gaps and/or tab slots. All our houses have beautiful real wood shingled roofs! Hand applied shingled roofs can take up to 50 hours alone! Plus you will never find dried paint/glue beads, streaks or globs on your custom built doll house! We guarantee you will receive an exquisite heirloom quality electric dollhouse with impeccable detail!
